Anchored Tiny Homes Franchising LLC

June 2023 – August 2024

Director of Franchise Support: I took it upon myself to challenge my abilities and Start with Anchored Tiny Homes during its infancy stage with only 2 franchises existing and I contributed to its growth to well over 200 territories. I implemented a new franchise owner onboarding and training process using Asana Projects. I also take myself to Collaborate with all team officers to develop and oversee franchisee operations support programs. I implemented a Google Drive database to house all ATH franchise documentation and resources/training materials for continued Franchise business growth. I created a master FIM spreadsheet to track all franchise business information for internal use and future Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) purposes relating to Items 19 and 20. I streamlined the communications between the accounting and franchisor accounting departments for franchise monthly billing. I have also worked with the ATH VP of Franchising to implement reporting, and controls using QBO & Qvinci for the team. I built and managed the franchise partner P&L collection process, conducting monthly P&L reviews with each franchisee. I collaborated weekly and quarterly with the ATH executive team on Franchise Disclosure Document financial management calls.

Franchise Business Coach: I have assisted in the business operations of this 25 plus Locations organization in their development to ensure successful, compliant, and profitable growth. I was asked to provide logistics and support through shared services and shared departments. I also collaborated on numerous project management tasks within the shared services team. I served as the centralized support and liaison for the multiple locations. I took upon myself to stay updated on all locations, franchise goals and team goals providing solutions to objectives while attending internal meetings. I was the conduit to conduct research, data analysis, and report findings to the executive team. I was also tasked with communicating effectively with franchisees to resolve issues and requests.
