Mixes, containerizes, and kits sealants, compounds, and silicones to Boeing specifications in Decanting for use on aircraft parts and assemblies. Obtains and verifies paperwork; issues required materials from storage area; uses hand mixing techniques as well as automated, computerized, and manual machines; handles decanting from bulk containers into smaller jars; labels containers and packages for routing; monitors and tracks inventory; properly stores materials; observes all HAZMAT regulations.
Works as needed as Factory Consumables Handler: Picks orders for gloves, aprons, sandpaper, and other consumables; places in bins for delivery; uses computer system to track orders.
Works weekends as Sealer Aircraft Integral Fuel Tank Components.
