Supervised team of 10 AP professionals that ended 2023 number 1 in the Mid-South Region and number 2 in the Southern Division with external case productivity. I ended 2023 number 1 in the Company with internal case productivity. During 2023, I was able to identify several large internal collusion cases that were over $575K. Through partnership with local and state law enforcement, we were able to apprehend the internal bad actors, as well as indict 13 external bad actors that were involved with the thefts. Managed and supervised the P&L in 10 stores with retail sales over $600 million dollars. By focusing on specific areas of the business, I was successful in reducing shrink year over year, ending 2023 with a 2.14% as a district, down from a 3.12% in 2022, with a shrink savings in 2023 of

$19 million dollars.

I manage a team of 10 AP professionals, who are responsible for external theft reduction in their assigned 10 stores. I provide support and guidance to ensure compliance to all policies and to ensure there is consistent performance across the region. I develop internal cases across the region utilizing exception based reporting to identify internal and external theft. I utilize a variety of investigative tools to investigate the case and present my investigation to the Director for review. I conduct internal interviews of associates, assistant managers and managers for egregious acts, and with partnership from HR, we determine the action taken against the associate.

Developed comprehensive training programs for new hires, ensuring they were well-equipped to handle various asset protection scenarios.
