- King Khaled International Airport (KKIA) is the primary airport serving the capital and the largest city in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The airport occupies an area of approximately 225 Km2 and is operational 24 hours a day, 365 days per year. KKIA is currently undergoing a major structural transition into a self sufficient commercial organization with the objectives of maximizing revenues, minimizing costs and enhancing customer service. Growth in the passenger throughput over the last few years has been significant. Due to this increased demand, the General Authority for Civil Aviation (GACA) beside Riyadh Airport Company (RAC) through making all necessary means to relieve the pressures by making Terminal 4 operational, converting Terminal 3 to International and created (a centralized check-in) between at terminal link 3 with total developmental area around 1124,000 m, as well as upgrading all airport’s existing systems, Rehabilitation Terminal 1 and 2 to be unification and integration the with the newly designed elements. . Responsibilities:
• Coordination with involved trades and sub-consultancies.
• Attendance all airport’s stakeholders as designer representative.
• Preparing Project design budget and monitor its expenditure.
• Generating/updating Plan of actions, Monitor/Report project progress among various trades.

- Madinah Hajj City, Saudi Arabia. Master plan, detailed design, tender documents and supervision of construction for a township on a 1.6 million-m site located 3 km southwest of the Holy Prophet’s Mosque in Madinah, envisaged accommodating 120,000 pilgrims. The project comprises 82 four-star and five-star hotel towers with heights between 20 and 48 storeys and gross areas between 39,300 m and 317,650 m, offering a total of 41,000 guestrooms; office towers with heights between 11 and 32 storeys and gross areas between 39,100 m and 75,000 m, accommodating 31,000 employees; commercial mall with a gross area of 71,000 m and a 100,000 m basement for 2,200 cars, offering retail, entertainment and catering areas; 2 mosques (of which one Grand Mosque) with a total capacity of 14,000 worshipers; a 360-bed hospital complex; and elevated light rail transit and bus stations with a peak capacity of 84,000 pilgrims/hour with approximately construction cost 49 billons Saudi riyals. The project is complete with all wet infrastructure, electromechanical and low-current networks and installations in addition to landscaping and an internal road network. Responsibilities:

- M.O.I (CDP) the intension of this Project Contract is to avail / provide technical support and Engineering services for the Studies & Designs Department in Centre of Developmental Projects (CDP) Ministry of Interior (M.O.I). Accordingly, DAR had established its staff liaison office in the Ministry. The contract worth of around SR. 75 m and subject to available resources. During the contract period DAR’s team achieved mega projects such as KAPs, RPP with approximately construction cost 50 billons Saudi riyals. The type of tasks that the Mr. Abdul Bari as one of the team had involved were as following: Responsibilities
• Technical Review and Management for MOI Consultancy Services Contracts including: Applying QA/QC, Review Construction Tendering Documents as per (System of government al Tendering & procurement and its implementing regulations), Review and implement international
& Local Codes / Standards Verifying all Design Documents against the new of MOI sectors stakeholder’s entire requirement.
• Prepare Consultancy Services Contracts and Construction Tender Documents for Site Adaptation of multiple Prototype buildings around
(1,500 sites) Kingdome wise, including Technical Specs, and Modified Prototype Drawings to meet stakeholder’s new functional requirements.
• Provide Consultancy/Recommendations services for Consultants and Contractors Claims, vibration orders and payments. In addition to reply the Bidders inquiries.
• Prepare some modifications in architectural design, including coordination with other engineering disciplines, and preparation of specifications and other technical documents.

1- Acting the Bank's as the supervisor at some of the bank's branches in Western an Eastern regions.
2- As supervisor of Cash Centre’s design in Central Region. 3- Working under Study & Design Unit which were Responsibilities:
• Contribute and establish the Architectural Corporate Identity.
• Supervise the designs preparations upon business requirements, criteria's, themes, goals & needs.
• In charge of presentations of all designs for the CEO of Bank AL-Bilad & Other Senior Business Managements such as Retail, Treasury, Private Banking & Corporate.
• Supervise the preparation of project documents for the either design, bedding or construction neither works for the in house design works nor outsourced designer offices.
• Responsible to evaluate all the assigned project’s achievements quarterly & annually.
• Monitoring progress works schedules throughout the monthly/weekly sites visits among the kingdom wide & in coordination with the site engineers & head office’s core team members.
• Liaison between the bank authorities and all the construction contractors through the projects weekly/monthly coordination meetings for all varied disciplines.
• Monitoring the preparation of the preliminary & final snag lists & the manuals for all branches & forwarding them to the operation & maintenance department.
