My main position was to work the concession area, which included inventory, sales, register, printing tickets, registering people into our system for our reward program, cleaning any messes near the front of the theater, and doing outside garbage clean up. On occasional nights, my position was to be the ticket taker, which surprisingly dealt with a lot of customer service from people who didn't want to wait in line for answers to questions or help with quick things. With both of these positions, I was also constantly cleaning theaters between movie showings, the lobby and halls between concession sales while movies were shown, as well as recleaning and restocking the concession station. I also occasionally assisted with carrying boxes of replacement food items and other essentials from the upstairs storage room, down to the concession area when needed.
