Credit Department. August 11, 2018 – Current. Provide customer service, account management and collections to Royal Cup customers. I have achieved excellent results in bringing my accounts out of arrears to an acceptable level. Easily communicates with customers and coworkers to achieve these results and strengthen the relationships.

Fultondale Chamber of Commerce, Director.

Director. April 2016 – 5/11/2018. Lead the Fultondale Chamber of Commerce in efforts to strengthen relationships with businesses in Fultondale and surrounding areas. Encourage community support for these businesses using various specific public events and social media marketing. These efforts involve working easily with various size businesses from large to small in the Fultondale area along with the City of Fultondale administration officials. The Chamber membership has doubled in size under my tenure.

Gardendale Miracle League – Gardendale, Al.

Director. January 2009 – July 2019. Lead fund-raising efforts and community involvement with this great organization to benefit both the Miracle League and the community. Presently, I am the ‘face’ of the Gardendale Miracle League. My funding projects include working with the City of Gardendale as a leader in the effort to fund the Raymond G. Doss special needs accessible playground. Multiple fund-raising events were required to bring this project to fruition. This role involves interacting with all size businesses and organizations in the Gardendale and surrounding areas.

My community outreach efforts for this organization include:

Organizing weekly volunteers to help the players and administration during the Miracle League baseball seasons.

Special Needs Prom 2013-2017 – Planned, organized and executed this special- needs prom for special needs children and adults in the Gardendale and local surrounding areas. This effort included involvement with local schools and organizations for both attendance and community support to make this event a success.

Exceptional Easter Egg Hunt 2012, 2013 and 2014 – Planned, organized and executed this special-needs Easter egg hunt for the Gardendale and surrounding local areas. This event was organized in conjunction with the Preschool and Children’s Ministry at Gardendale First Baptist Church.

Gardendale First Baptist Church (GFBC) – Gardendale, Al.

Preschool and Children’s Ministry, Associate Administrator. April 2001 – March 2016. Lead the community outreach effort to ascertain and meet the needs involving the current GFBC preschool families. One of these efforts is the quarterly Baby Dedication services. This event involves coordination with each family involved and the various GFBC staff members. Also involved with the interviewing and hiring of new worker in this ministry.

Preschool and Children’s Ministry childcare. August 2000 – March 2001. Created and controlled the staffing and scheduling of approximately 50 preschool childcare workers to meet the needs of each GFBC church service.
