Duties and Responsibilities.

Maintain Patients Medical records and case notes.

Collecting, organizing, storing and retrieving records used in diagnosis and treatment

Maintain up to data of the patients under key and lock library for security purposes.

Tracking file movement of patient in the departments.

Admission and discharge of the patients in the Hospital.

Data analyses Daily, weekly and monthly data reporting.

Participate on data audits i.e. Death and Birth in the facility.

Participate on data review meetings on a monthly basis.

Prepare Daily/Monthly/Quarterly/Annual and submit within an organization timeline.
