SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATION:

Over 15 years of underwriting government, non-qualifying and conventional mortgages originated from retail and

wholesale sources which involve single-family, condos, coops, and multi-family transactions. Trained conventional

underwriters to pass their FHA test cases to become direct endorsed underwriters and trained processors to

become conventional underwriters. Held weekly classes for originators and other personnel to learn guidelines, help with scenarios, and to ask questions to be more proficient. Started my career in the NY, CT and NJ metropolitan areas underwriting complex purchase and refinance loans (as well as commercial underwriting) in a high-volume environment. Normal work environment was 6 days a week at 10-12 hour shifts in a face-pace atmosphere.
