I am an aggressive self-starter in automobile sales industry. Also, I am a prompt, punctual, responsible, efficient worker, efficient at many tasks in the automobile sales industry. I always try to maintain relatively high (CSI) Customer Satisfaction Index surveys from BMW of North America, in the United States of America. Also, I maintained a high front end gross profit on each vehicle sold, new, used, (CPO) Certified Pre-Owned, and leased BMW pre-owned automobiles and new, and leased BMW automobiles and all other domestic and foreign makes. Also, I was involved in the trade-in process with the certified pre-owned sales manager. Also, I received phone calls from customers wishing to purchase automobiles, and involved in providing them with trade-in information and pricing information for their trade-in's, for the purchase of new, used, certified, pre-owned, and least BMW automobiles and other domestic and foreign makes. Also, I was actively involved in closing many of my own automobile sales deals and delivering documents from the finance department, signing them up and registering new BMW owners for new, pre-owned, certified, lease and new automobiles, per the direction of the BMW of Honolulu Finance Department. Also, I performed many tasks including answering customer calls on the telephone, following up leads that were given to me, making appointments with customers, scheduling appointments with them, at whatever time that would be convenient for them to come into the dealership. From the direction of the finance department, I discussed various forms of financing options available to customers to purchase new, used, certified, pre-owned, and leased vehicles. Also, I utilized various sales Management software tools to organize, record, and make appointments with customers, on a daily basis. I also explained the various BMW warranties, including, both, bumper to bumper and limited warranties on all BMW vehicles, both new, (CPO) Certified Pre-Owned, leased and new BMW products from BMW of Honolulu, Honolulu, Hawaii. Also, I worked whatever shifts were assigned to me, during operating hours, including days during the week and weekends. Also, I performed overtime hours and work when I wish to come in to the dealership. Willing to relocate to: West Hollywood, CA
