Experience training lower step Apprentices on safe work practices and distribution construction requirements, including GO 95, 128 and 165. Selected to participate on training crews constructing new lines to the Tehachapi Wind Farm and to the Bright Source Solar Project.

On a daily basis and especially during storm and other emergent conditions, able to analyze problems, develop and recommend plans/tactics, with limited information and under tight time constraints. For example, during Arrowhead snow storms and Barstow lightning storm conditions, I was responsible for identifying, expediting, gathering and accounting for required material.
