During my time here, I have gained knowledge in a management position in a quick-paced high- volume restaurant environment. I’ve learned how to prepare schedules, interview potential employees, handle employee issues, shift covers, call-outs, and request time off. I was responsible for overseeing that the staff under my management were efficiently and effectively attending to their assigned duties. I have also learned how to coordinate events and prepare reservations for large parties. I have also become knowledgeable about alcoholic beverages such as cocktails and wine varieties. I also assisted in taking down alcoholic beverage orders and running them to the tables.

I am the owner of a thrift and vintage clothing boutique. I operate my business online and through pop-up flea markets. I am the sole operator of the boutique. I learned secretarial and administrative skills during my time here. I was responsible for filing corporate documents, tax documents, answering calls, greeting and checking in clients, preparing coffee and other snacks and beverages for the clients, sending out emails, and passing on messages.
