Monitor TCP to ensure employee attendance to management requirements are adhered to. 17. Create employee schedules

18. Participate in GMP and Food Safety walk-thru and follow up 19. Communicate, follow up and resolve issues regarding missed, damage products, delays, cuts, shorts on any shipped orders
