I am currently the secretary/firefighter for the East Tawakoni Volunteer Fire Department. I have a combined total of approximately 5 years’ experience working in a public school. I have held several different positions within the school system over the years with food service being the last 3 years.

I started as the baker when I went full time. Then I moved to (grab and go) prep.

I made all the salads and sandwiches, fruit boxes, etc. and ran register during lunch. I was first one there, so I turned everything one and got counters sanitized. Checked in the trucks on Monday and put cooler and back freezer away and dry storage. Helped with paperwork and directed our SPED children who would come to help clean in the afternoon. Took trash out, scrubbed floors, dishes, etc.
