I was responsible for planning, assessing, observing, and improving the effectiveness of ILS for the USCG PSC Acquisition Program and other acquisition programs. I was directly responsible for the development of Integrated Logistics Support/Sustainment products, processes, and Configuration Management for the PSC Cutter program. I was the subject matter expert for Integrated Logistics Support/Sustainment of USCG, DHS and Federal acquisition policies and procedures relating to the acquisition logistics for Major Systems Acquisition Programs.

•Developing and maintaining the VACL Supply Readiness Milestone Management Plan (SRMMP).
