I was responsible for planning, assessing, observing, and improving the effectiveness of ILS for the USCG PSC Acquisition Program and other acquisition programs. I was directly responsible for the development of Integrated Logistics Support/Sustainment products, processes, and Configuration Management for the PSC Cutter program. I was the subject matter expert for Integrated Logistics Support/Sustainment of USCG, DHS and Federal acquisition policies and procedures relating to the acquisition logistics for Major Systems Acquisition Programs.

Temporarily assigned as the National Security Cutter ILSM, responsible for outfitting and fielding on the NSC.

•All Supply Support functions and Initial Outfitting for each VACL Submarine in production.

•Developing and maintaining the VACL Supply Readiness Milestone Management Plan (SRMMP).

•Developed Budget Phasing Sheets (BPS) for each VACL Submarine production detailing funding expenditures for purchase of materials, test and support equipment, calibration of test and support equipment and spare parts (Onboard Repair Parts) for the submarine.
