DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
WAREHOUSE
* Implementing 5s System

* Assist and received all the deliveries intended to the project.
* Proper receiving of the deliveries.
1. Delivery receipt or sales invoice, for verification look for xerox copy of (P.O.) purchase order. 2. Attachment of testing result if it is required. 3. Before receiving, it must be well inspected by the QA/QC or authorized personnel of the company,, if it is needed.
4. Upon receiving the deliveries, warehouseman or warehouse staff must have monitored and quantified the deliveries.
5. Unloading area of the deliveries. If the location of the area are critical or hazardous, the safety officer in charged and the guard of the company assigned at the same area will also witness for proper monitoring and signed it.
* Deliveries rejected due to the following.
1. If the deliveries are substandard.
2. If the deliveries are required to submit a testing result. 3. Defective or factory defect.
4. Wrong specs deliveries.
* Monitoring all the materials of the company.
1. Stock card
2. Hard copy and soft copy
3. Weekly inventory and monthly inventory are same based on actual inventory and stock card, it must be intact.
* Issuance of materials and tools of the company.

* Billing Processing.
1. Verified all attachment. (DR) delivery receipt, Sales invoice and (PO) Purchase Order original copy if full payment, xerox copy if partial payment. 2. GR, Good Receipt
3. Posting of Billings or partial billings of sub-contractor to (SAP) System Application Product
*Supervision
1. Monitor all activities incoming and out going.
2. Proper maintain of all records.
