Once the glasses pass it's last inspection I then call the customer to let them know their glasses are in and ready for pick up. At the time of dispensing glasses I make sure customer can SEE clearly out of the new Rx lens, I make sure the customer glasses is fitting comfortably if there's any adjustments needed I adjust to fit customers needs. Counted inventory, signed off on UPS shipments received as well as logging into USPS website, creating a shipment label for any UPS boxes that were being shipped out to US VISION LAB.
