My last position working for RiteRug flooring started in 2016, recently ended.
After taking a position for RiteRug at a new division in Florida, I was put in a position that I was not trained adequately for. Even though I had asked for the transfer, I realized very soon that I had made an error in judgement.
Upon returning to Columbus, Ohio, I did not go back to my previous position, as it had been filled.
I am seeking a position currently where I can offer years of experience, maturity, and dependability. Working with frustrated customers, listening to their concerns, and de-escalating the situation is one of my strong points! Finding solutions and resolving customer complaints is imperative to having long-lasting relationships!
