Responsible for accelerating patient enrollment, improving site performance and collaborating with research staff to drive trial recruitment and to support study specific training goals.

Conduct recruitment training sessions and work directly with research sites to develop tailored recruitment plans and referral networks to support the sites.

Identify and address recruitment barriers, provide education to health care professionals and their staff.

Work in partnership with CRAs, referring physicians, sponsor and other field-based medical teams for optimal trial execution. Completed on site visits and provided in-service presentations with the goal to increase patient enrollment and discuss study protocols related to the clinical trial.
