I have many goals I want to accomplish in order to run a successful business. My responsibilities at McDonalds are a top priority for me and I will do what ever it takes to see the business succeed. Coaching/ training employees and other managers will ensure strong bonds within the McDonalds family, which is essential. My team and customers are very important to me and I will work with them to resolve any issue. I have came a long way and overcame many obstacles. I am still learning and perfecting my skills, and I will continue to grow and enhance these skills. I have been the Kitchen Department for the past two years. When starting the Kitchen Department Food Cost numbers were 2.50 and since I've taken it over it have dropped to 2.40 and lower exceeding expectations. Some things that I have implemented in keeping up with the numbers and having more control on things in the Kitchen Department

• Communication of waste in group chat for all shifts

• Ensuring truck is being checked off by a manager and communicated through group chat

• Also ensuring and following up daily on all transfers coming in and going out of the restaurant Here are some of the responsibilities that I have as a Kitchen Department Manager and a manager in the restaurant.

• Ensure food cost levels are meeting expectations

• Order inventory for the store to make sure shifts run as successful as possible.

• Count inventory to obtain accurate numbers in food cost.

• Coach and train crew members and managers.

• Maintain sanitization, health, and safety in all work areas.
