●Main interface with the T-Mobile Customer responsible for Antenna and Line Construction, replacing RRUs and antennas with AIR antennas, Ericsson 3000 to 6000 series cabinet modernization for the LTE, UMTS and GSM networks, LMU and GPS equipment installation and network integration from quote to close out documentation.

●Responsible for managing a team of Construction Managers, Network Implementation Managers and 3rd party Construction and Integration vendors responsible for the on time delivery of T-Mobile Modernization projects in the Philadelphia and Harrisburg, PA markets.

●Opened an office and hired Project Coordinators to help manage invoicing, profit and loss, updating internal and external project status databases, and on time delivery of projects. Also added a Warehouse Manager responsible for equipment receiving, logistics and delivery, and return of damaged and decommissioned equipment.

2/2000-10/2012: Alcatel-Lucent - Senior Project Manager

●Managed the installation and integration of the UMTS and LTE networks in the EPA and WABA markets for AT&T.

●Managed both RAN and CORE projects and met all on time delivery and launch requirements provided by the customer and all revenue requirements established by Alcatel Lucent. Managed NSB integrations, carrier adds, DAS, COWs and special projects for RAN and Power, RNC, LCP, ATM, DACS, Media Gateway, SAM and MME installations, software upgrades, conversions and integrations for CORE.

9/1987-9/1996: AT&T - Senior Communications Services Technician

●Worked in Central Offices installing and integrating all types of AC and DC power plants +24 volt, -48 volt, +130 volt, +140 volt DC power plants and 120 volt, 240 volt, 480 volt AC power plants. After the installation and integration was complete transitioning the existing circuits from the old power plants to the new power plant.

●This work required construction of complex superstructure and ladder racking systems, running and securing heavy cables on multiple floors from multiple locations throughout the central office, transporting, handling and securing heavy cabinets and back-up batteries, wiring of controllers and external alarms, work on live AC and DC circuits, blueprint reading and comprehension, building code knowledge and conforming to Verizon quality and safety standards.
