In the front office, the clerk position serves as the first point of contact for students, parents, and visitors, handling inquiries, directing calls, and managing appointments for school staff. I was responsible for maintaining student records, processing enrollment forms, and assisting with attendance tracking. Additionally, in my capacity as a book manager, I oversee the school's library resources, including cataloging new books, organizing the library collection, and facilitating book loans and returns.This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for fostering a positive and efficient school environment.
