Monitor production floor for accumulated waste of product that did not meet requirements of quality and appearance. Regularly monitored/check waste tank levels. Collect soiled pallets from production floor and wash off any type of allergen peanuts, chocolate and etc. Maintain machinery used on a daily basis; cardboard baler, Hoff Matic, pallet washer, plastic baler, dry waste compacter lift, wet waste lift. Lock/out tag out recyclable trailer. Inspect diesel forklift for daily use. Inspect if cardboard bales are double stack and organized correctly. Notify receiving warehouse when flatbeds are ready for pickup. As well our recyclable trailers, and rollaway open tops for wood and metal. Inspect and maintain cardboard baler. Monitor that all equipment is working properly. Inspect needles of machine that thread wires to properly tie and twist to hold bales together. Check any timing sequences that are offset if unable to resolve issue will escalate to manager and contact our vendor Olympic.
