Employ advanced techniques to detect suspicious patterns within the data, enabling swift identification and mitigation of risks to government systems and designated beneficiaries. Analyzing transactional records from bank statements uploaded by members to conduct internal research on members. Examine the discovered trend/findings to ascertain whether the case warrants closure or escalation for reporting suspected illicit activities. Assess the evidence to decide on appropriate actions, including closing the case if no suspicious activity is detected or escalating it for further investigation and reporting if warranted. the timing chain, inspect
engine head for compression

On occasions I would have to communicate with Spanish, Mandarin, Portuguese and Haitian and other creole dialect speaking member’s often with a third party enterpreter. This includes pulling transactional records from the bank system and conducting comprehensive internal and external research on customers. Subsequently, I meticulously investigated the findings to determine whether the case needed to be escalated for suspicious activity reporting (SAR). Additionally, part of my responsibilities includes drafting detailed SAR narratives, ensuring that all relevant information is accurately documented for regulatory compliance and further investigation. My day to day was answering calls from customers who have questions about the recent transactions on their credit line, reviewing Card Applications for fraud and instances or inaccuracies, approving and rejecting worthy applications for credit line increase. Customers may call in for information regarding the APR on their application, and other financial related questions, or investigating and reporting fraud on their account for review or dispute. Debt collection, Payment processing, and tech support were all a part of this role.
At concentrix I also worked as a Mac tech support t2.
