• Giving all-access tours to anyone interested in coming to the University. Tours usually consist of a short tour or a longer more detailed tour. Tours typically take from 45 minutes to an hour and a half. Duties of being our leader ambassador, I organize and host our most important corporate meetings. These meetings can include individuals like our Chancellor, Board of Trustees, Graduate School executives, corporate managers, or businesspeople wanting to invest in our university.

• As our Head ambassador, I plan and orchestrate momentous events for Henderson State University. Events consist of big annual fundraisers for our local communities to give back, Reddie Days, which consists of a big family day for future students and all their family members to attend a day that is filled with tours, good live entertainment, good food, and booths with more information about different organizations that you can join, to providing info about parking passes, permits, etc.

• Managed paperwork, transcripts, corporate forms, W-2s, and I-9s and provided customer service for our academic advising, business offices, financial aid offices, payroll offices, admissions offices, housing offices, registrar offices, graduate school offices, computer technology offices, and for anyone that comes in and needs aid or information.

• Participated in many videos for Henderson State University to promote our name and brand to the public. Videos consist of virtual tour videos, marketing videos, etc.
