I have a lot of experience with talking with people and taking their orders. I love making sure the customers have a great experience. I maintained high standards of customer service during high-volume, fast-paced operations. In the four years I have worked there I have never gotten a write up. I always make sure everything is done before I leave and the next crew is set up. I would make sure employees got their breaks and would change out their drawers. I would open the store and make sure everything was ready for the day. I would make sure all of the prep for the store was done everyday. I scored highest on my manager's performance test. I had amazing attendance and rarely would miss work. I would take special drink orders and make hand crafted shakes. I received multiple positive surveys.
