COMPAS PROCESS (UiPath) with ING NL COORF - IPA (Intelligent Process Automation)- Employing information from Excel files, we automatically updated the pricing and associated details in the COMPAS program, guaranteeing smooth handling of brand features, model year, date, function, model specification, and currency. Added extensive error logging to the process, which produced detailed reports, updated unsuccessful records with error messages, and transferred them to the output folder. This simplified the procedure. 20% less handling time and a 60% rise in yearly revenue were the outcomes of this automation.

Open PO Reports(Automation Anywhere) with Sealed Air-F&A -RPA - Created an Automation Anywhere bot that extracts information from Excel files, such as the plant's details, the purchasing group's details, the business code, and the purchasing organization. The bot opens a SAP application, downloads Excel files for several areas (NAM, Mexico, Canada, USA, Europe, etc.), and uses SQL statements to filter data. Following download, it further analyses the files according to the requirements of the client and notifies SMEs via email according to their location. Through the use of automated validation tests and status of orders updates, this automation decreased errors in order fulfilment and increased order processing time by 40%. Real-time data transmission was also made possible by improved integration capabilities with the SAP application.
