BMO
* Sr. Project Control Officer on NARP Portfolio (~$50M): provided full support to Program Delivery Manager and collaborated closely with 7 senior BMO Project Managers (simultaneously) in tracking and monitoring key milestones / deliverables, resulting in successfully tracked roadmaps and reported metrics on portfolio budget, including development financials and internal/external resource costs.

TMX
* GSuite Migration (Google) Program (~$1.5M) an IT transformational project and enterprise wide initiative. As Sr. PCO, successfully supported Project Manager on all phases of the project life cycle including governance, planning, execution and delivery of a company-wide 2 year initiative, up to and including normalization stage; resulting in project and team alignment. Phase 1 delivered the necessary foundational elements for TMX to adopt G Suite. Phase 2 built on the foundation - simplified business processes, improved security, reduced dependence on on-premises infrastructure and increased staff comfort with G Suite. Phase consisted of 10 work streams.
* Office Moves (Toronto & Montreal) (~$14.5M), a corporate initiative that: Merged and moved all TMX buildings into new office spaces. Supported all phases of the project life cycle, maintained consolidation of construction project artifacts and financials (program view) by working with both GTS project manager and CBRE program manager (including CBRE PM’s and coordinators) reporting up to the sponsor resulting in project alignment. Managed final delivery of the Montreal Move, which included all divisions and departments of TMX Technology, Marketing, Communications & Employee Engagement, HR, Finance / Accounting, Legal, Risk and external vendors.
* TMX Client / Broadcast Center (~$10.5M), a corporate initiative that: Developed, designed and created a new Broadcast Client Center from 130 King Exchange Tower. Supported all phases of project life cycle, maintained consolidation of construction project artifacts and financials. Coordinated with project managers from GTS and JLL (B+H, Dalton, Applied Electronics and MBII included) reporting up to the project sponsor.
* ServiceNow Platform (Phases 1, 2 & 3) (~$multi million), an initiative that: Provided incident/problem/change management, service catalog, and on-boarding management tool for CSC, Desktop Support, and Production Control & Operations, as well as business/IT applications. Supported all phases of project life cycle, maintained project artifacts and financials (program view), collaborated directly with GTS project manager and coordinated with external vendors; resulting in project alignment.
