Prior to that I was working with Educational Initiatives (Ei) in Bangalore as a Talent Acquisition Specialist since 1st Jun. 2022 to 30th Sept. 2022 (4months) on contract. Prior to that Meddiff Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (IT -Healthcare Software Product based company) in Bangalore since 12th April 2016 to till 31st Dec. 2021 (5.9yrs) as a Manager- HR

(HR Generalist).

Before that I was working with Babajob Services Pvt. Ltd.(babajob.com) in Bangalore as an Executive –HR from Oct. 2014 to March 2016 (1.7yr). Previously worked with Gandhi Institute for Education & Technology, Bhubaneswar as an HR Executive (HR Generalist) from Sept. 2011 to Sept. 2014 (3yrs). Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisitions:

• Gathering & analyzing resource requirement with discussing with internal stakeholders. Planning and hiring the resources as per the organizational need & demand of various IT (Product development, Product Testing, Cyber Security, Implementation & IT infrastructure) & Non-IT positions (HR, Finance, Client Support, Sales & Mktg., Business Operations) across the organizational hierarchy.

• Designing the job specification, description & reporting structure etc. Planning & finalizing the source to full fill the resource requirements.

• Promoting & posting the job description /requirements in ATS, company’s career sites, job portals, professional & social networks and various websites.

• Searching and gathering the talent pool/applications through various channels like Job portals

(Naukri.com, Monster.com, Timesjob.com, Shine.com, Hire), Professional network like LinkedIn, employee referral group & social network (Facebook, WhatsApp group), Vendor (HR Consultancy) etc.

• Hiring best talent from top Colleges / Universities through campus drive, Participating & hiring talent from the Job fairs. Hiring talent through employee referral group & Internal recruitment like promotion, transfer & job rotation etc. Screening and shortlisting the CVs / applications and process them through hiring channel with co-ordination of internal stakeholders & selecting the right talent for the organization.

• Discussing, negotiating, finalizing and releasing offer to right talent and onboarding them to the system.

• Handled end to end full life cycle of recruitment. On boarding / Induction & HRIS:

• Joining formalities like filling various forms, opening salary account with bank, Collection & verify documents from the new joiner and updating data in HR Software (BambooHR & GreytHR) and enable the ESS portal to the employee.

• Reference check and background verification through Vendor, professional & social network.

• Enrolling employee details into attendance tracking system, generating UAN in EPF portal, generating employee insurance no.in ESI and supporting to the employees to get e-pehchan card, Adding into Group Mediclaim Insurance etc.

• Generating employee code, providing ID card, Sodexo meal card and creating official email id.

• Preparing and releasing Appointment letter to new employee & issuing job confirmation letter after successfully completion of probation period or probation extending letter to the employee if required.

• Introducing candidate to the organization by sending introduction email communication to the group ids/MS teams.

• Presenting power point presentation about organization’s HR Policy, procedure & system and describing the job roles & responsibilities, hierarchy structure, career growth. Introducing resources to the team members and arranging a training session for the new joiner. Taking feedback and effectiveness test of training session. Putting them into the job after successful completion training session.

Learning & Development:

• Identifying the training needs through technical evaluation, performance review & GAP analysis. Preparing training calendar with co-ordination and discussion with internal stake holders.

• Co-ordinating and finalizing with the Vendors / Training institutes / Advisors / Internal trainer to facilitate training session by keeping eye on the budget.

• Conducting the skill development and organizational behavioral programme for executive & non- executive employees.

• Arranging & Providing training materials for the employees and conducting test / interview/ discussion or reviewing the performance on the job to understand the effectiveness of training session. And taking training feedback from the trainee about training session & trainer.

• Analyzing the feedback to make the training session more effective further to increase the productivity at workplace.

Compensation & Benefits Management (Payroll & Statutory Compliances):

• Designing & implementing compensation & benefit policies / practices (like Pay structure, Allowances, reimbursement, incentives, ESOP and increment etc.) of the organization in consultant with finance team and top management.

• Designing & Formulating CTC structure by calculating the basic salary, HRA, DA, Special allowances, incentives, performance-based bonus, Gratuity, EPF, ESI or Group Insurance etc. based on statutory requirements and market standards.

• Determine competitive wage rates/salaries and benefits from the market and develop & modify compensation & benefit plan accordingly.

• Evaluate employee benefit policies to assess whether they are identical with current, competitive market standards & legal requirements and ensuring the pay & benefit plans comply with federal and State regulations.

• Calculating and disbursing the monthly salary which is prepared and based on attendance, overtime, arrear, new joiner and resigned employee & statutory deductions like PT, ESI, EPF, Insurance, Sodexo, loan repayment, Income Tax as per income tax slabs & laws and investment declaration submitted by the employee & loss of pay etc.

• Calculating and disbursing the performed based Incentives, bonus, maternity benefit for women employee and Gratuity & FFS settlement.

• Maintaining monthly salary/ wage register, attendance and wage records as per the payment of wages Act., Shops & Establishment Act. & Other relevant labor laws.

• Registering and renewal of various certificates and Licenses of the company.

• Monitoring attendance register/report as per the attendance & leave policy of the organization.

• Facilitates Sodexo coupon, Salary Advance/Loan and Mediclaim group insurance policy for the employees.

• Payroll data preparation, collecting payroll inputs from various stakeholders, sending payroll inputs to payroll partner. Manage the payroll operations which include expat and shadow payrolls.

• Check and reconcile payroll reports verifying monthly compensation, allowances and deductions and any other related items. Ensuring payroll controls and other internal controls are in place to ensure 100% accuracy in the deliverables. Attendance management and also calculating the leaves. Managing /Preparing the monthly MIS reports in a timely and accurate manner.

• Deal effectively and professionally with issues, queries, complaints and ensure that queries are dealt promptly.

• Involved in end-to-end Payroll processing.

Performance Management:

• Classifying the resources into different grades and levels based on the positions, qualifications, hierarchy system and organizational structure.

• Designing & Implementing performance management system. Settings the Goal/ Objectives at various levels based on positions, skill sets, responsibilities, and the educational background etc. with help of the hiring managers and functional heads.

• Identify the key resulted area (KRA) based on the individual competency and comparing job expectation/ Goal and achievement.

• Taking feedback from Superior, peer group & sub-ordinates & Self-evaluation system. Comparing the competency level & GAP analysis and rating the employee.

• Designing the competency metrics at various level.

• Designing & presenting report and Submitting to the top management.

• Recommending increment, Job rotation, Transfer, Training & performance improvement plan- based on individuals’ performance and rating.

Employees Relation:

• Designing and executing the Grievance handling policy and procedure. Preparing employees correspondence letters related to various process and requirements.

• Organizing the event like Team outing, celebrating special occasions & festivals, team building & engagement activities, developing employee motivation & retaining strategy to achieve the organization objectives.

• Conducting exit interview, Employee satisfaction survey, taking feedback and suggestion to improve the process, policies and work culture in organization. Policy formulation:

• Designing the HR Policies related Work culture- Diversity & Inclusion, Talent Acquisition, L&D, PMS, C&B Mgmt. policies like Pay structure, Incentive, Allowances & reimbursement policies, Leave & disciplinary policies etc. Designing Organizational structure, Hierarchy System. HR Analytics:

General Administration:

• Facilitating travel requirement like flight tickets, VISA, Local travel & Office assets to employee.

• Coordinating and leading Statutory compliance, ISO, CE audits to identify risks and instances of noncompliance/ non-conformity with laws and regulations as well as identifying areas for process improvement. Working with our Legal, Finance, IT Security and other teams on compliance-related issues as well as external audits conducted Certification body. Working closely with Vendor to organize & ensure appropriate training is provided for our compliance requirements.

• Actively participated in ISO 13485, ISO 62304, ISO 14971 CE, MDD 93/42/EEC, FDA internal Audit training.

• HAL is a public sector manufacturing company under ministry of defense, Govt. of India and it manufactures MIG-21, Sukhoi-30 & advance fighter plane engine.

• It manufactures qualitative engines and provides best services to the customer according to their needs. It follows the modern method of performance appraisal system which is related to the reward system of HAL.
