Reporting to : Manager- Back office KYC process

Role and Responsibilities

Verifying the kyc process of citi bank credit card and customer details with the name, address, DOB and verify with Aadhar card, Pan Card and passport etc as per the official documents required.

Filing up the data’s in the excel sheet in the files with the online document in the system.

Working on the different type of credit card in the citi bank as per the requirement.

Solving the queries as demanded and forwarding the data’s as requested to my seniors.

Designation : Back Office KYC Loan Process

Reporting to : Associate - Quality Check in KYC Loan process

Role and Responsibilities

Verifying the kyc process for the loan.

Verifying the quality process check on the kyc for the Loan carried for like two wheeler loans, smart phones, personal loans.

Filing up the data’s in the excel sheet in the files with the online document in the system

Solving the queries for the customers handling up to 120 cases in a day.

Verifying the invoices bills for customers with the shop invoices with proper ID proof by doing the QC check.

Verifying the documents uploaded are accurate.

Reporting to : Associate - Quality Check Team Lead

Role and Responsibilities

Verifying the kyc process for the mutual funds.

Performing Quality check on customer details with the name, address, DOB and verify with Aadhar card, Pan Card, Driving licenses, Passport and other related documents as per the official documents required.

Filing up the data’s in the excel sheet in the files with the online document in the system

Verifying the customer details targeting up to 500 files in a day.

Collaborated closely with team leads addressing the identity, content or any other related issues.

Based on the quality check we need to approve or reject the file.

While rejecting the file, we need to report or document the actual reason of rejection on the file.

Verifying the documents uploaded are accurate or not.
