Identified $4-5M in food/beverage, rent and payroll-related costs savings as a part of the Bowlmor-AMF merger.

Developed the financial model used by City of Atlanta to issue $3.2B in Water and Wastewater Bonds to fund projects. Executed bond refinance projects, saving the city $40M by moving from variable deft to fixed rate.
