- Administration: Manages and oversees the success of the entire Inbound sort operation within a FedEx Ground station. Operations Supervisor

- Planning: prepare and implement action plans to ensure the service center achieves planned productivity, load average, cube utilization and service targets. As result the company maintains customer satisfaction and high revenue.

- Forecasting: develop a linehaul plan to effectively and efficiently move freight to all destinations within company service standards.

- Management: efficiently managing staff (20 employees) and inventory resulting in cost improvement, and maintain clean and safe work environment for the Nanuet NY terminal.

- Safety: Prepare and manage safety procedures in accordance with Company, OSHA and DOT guidelines including forklift and linehaul drivers.

ZUMBA FITNESS LLC, HALLANDALE, FL (DEC 2009 – SEP 2015) Project Management, Operations, Logistics, Marketing, Office Management, Social Media, Music Production and Music Licensing – Coordinator/Manager (Vey humble and grateful to Zumba for letting me wear so many hats and achieve so many goals).

- Logistics: worked closely with Operations and Events Team to execute store infrastructure and workshop locations at annual Zumba Instructor Convention, which catered to over 6K attendees.

- Operations: collaborated with The Union officials to coordinate transportation of inventory throughout the length of the Zumba Instructor Convention.

- Supply Chain: oversee daily warehouse operations, processed distribution of educational materials for all Zumba Instructor as well as all wholesale and special orders to our partners around the world. Managed receiving, all returns and damages.

- Due Diligence: execute payments for all music productions by collecting necessary invoices, contracts and talent release forms, submitting PO's via Netsuite, and following up with Finance once checks have been printed in order to mail them to the respective parties.
