Worked as punch list coordinator and warranty supervisor during and after construction of a 1.4 million dollar residence that was detailed in style and function. This project included an extensive home automation system, technologically advanced home theater, infinity pool and custom, high-end materials.
WETZEL RESIDENCE HENRICO COUNTY, VIRGINIA
Supervised construction from foundation to completion of 1 million dollar 6,000 square-foot residence. Created schedules for, managed and reviewed all work provided by subcontractors including masons, framers, electricians, and HVAC systems. Scheduled and passed all inspections by county officials so closing was on time.
These projects are representative of the work completed over the past 15 years, with 6-10 projects closing per year.
