Die Repair Technician - June 2014 to August 2015 (School placement working in die repair)

Duties included: Taking apart ejection mold dies then machining, welding, grinding or polishing what was required to repair the damaged die section. Made small parts on manual mills and lathes and ran CNC mills

Crystal Cap Cleaners - Burlington Ontario

CNC Operator/ Afternoon Shift Supervisor - May 2011 to June 2014 and August 2015 to February 2016

Duties included: Running CNC mills and lathes made fixtures and small production parts on manual mills and lathes. During my time as afternoon supervisor, I would oversee welding operations while maintaining the long CNC lathe and mill cycles.

Die Builder/CNC operator and programmer November 2015 to November 2018

Duties included: Built a progressive die in its entirety. Prepared raw stock blocks for CNC, then programmed and produced those blocks. Wired the signal cables for transfer arms and set up the transfer arm tandems. Set up and ran a laser mill. Worked with maintenance teams to set up welding cells and remove press feeders and fix die transfer tracks.

CNC Operator/ Press Operator/ Robo Welder Operator - December 2018 to Present

Duties include: Setting up and running CNC programs on mills. Working in the press department on hand transfer and coil fed dies. Inspect grind polish and repair aluminum welded parts. Operate robotic arm welder and make program changes.
