Facilities Maintenance Specialist/Supervisor

Maintain all facility machinery and lab equipment to insure 24 hour operation of the facility. Manage the buildings computer management systems to recognize potential system changes and correct issues as needed.
On Call 24/7 to insure limited down time for a production-based business. Train existing and new employees to operate equipment and machinery. Manage and direct others in the required maintenance of equipment. Develop and maintain preventive maintenance schedule for all equipment and machinery existing and new to insure a prolonged life of the investment.
Work with vendors and contractors to schedule warranty issues and repairs and negotiate fair and honest service contracts.
Keep service logs and inventory of needed parts to insure little to minimal down time. Current and up to date with the company's First Responder and Mine Rescue Certification Program to include the training of CPR and First Aid.

Design Build Install of commercial and residential remodeling and up fits The company was formed to cater to the kitchen and bath remodeling industry. Within the first year it grew into the commercial market that turned out to be 75% of the company's revenue. Services included the designing, construction of homes, commercial buildings, storefronts, restaurants, medical and retail facilities as well as kitchens and baths. With a combination of commercial and residential the company designed, built and completed the projects with the installation of cabinets, casework, trim work, hardwood flooring, tile and granite. Due to the crash of the housing industry of 2008 the company was dissolved in 2010.
