• I have owned A-1 Cleaning and Home Help LLC since 2006.

• All administration duties. Answering phone calls, scheduling new and existing customers, creating files for new customers, creating files for new employees,

conducting interviews for potential employees, typing proposals and contracts for new customers, ordering all supplies, and inventorying all supplies.

• As the owner of the company I would go to every home that my employees were cleaning to check and see if the employees were doing their job to my standards as the owner.

• I Handled all of the advertising for my company. Meaning ordering all business cards, and magnets for cars I managing the Facebook and Instagram business pages. I also paid for a marketing company. (Not for long)

• Ordering all shirts for my employees. making sure they were always dressed appropriately with a company shirt and logo on it it.

• Keeping in touch with all employees when they got to homes and when they left the homes via text or phone calls.

•At The end of the working day at 5:00 PM I would

collect all of employees folders which had any source of payment as checks. If a customer chose to pay with a credit card or debit card I would be called by my lead employee.I would personally run their information. Whether it was a Venmo/PayPal/cash app/or Square.If the customer wrote a check it would be put into a

envelope and given to me at the end of the day.I always sent a automated text to every customer the day before their cleaning to confirm their cleaning. If someone had to reschedule or cancel I would go to scheduling and reschedule the customer. On Friday's I would collect all employees folders from the previous week And go over all of them to do my payroll

• I always sent a text or a call two my customers after a cleaning to ask if everything was to their satisfactoryAnd thank them for choosing my business.

● Rodney’s BBQ and Catering - Assistant Manager – 03/06-03/08 – Hiram, Ga

I originally started with this company as a server, and was quickly promoted to Assistant manager.

My duties with this position were as follows, but not limited to;

● Opening the store by preparing specials and promotional items.

● Orchestrated a pre-shift meeting with all servers daily, providing shift incentives for performance, as well as reviews from the previous day.

● I was also responsible for handling all aspects of catering for the company, from receiving orders, to preparation and delivery to the customer.

● I was also responsible for closing the store, including cash accountability, food preparation, and ordering.

● Down The Hatch - Bar Manager - 08/03-03/06 – Braswell, Ga I managed all aspects of the establishment including but not limited to;

● Opening the store, scheduling for all bartenders.

● Making sure all alcohol related orders were placed and stock inventoried prior and post shift.

● Cash handling at open and close of business as well as auditing bartender’s sales and tips. Handled payroll for all employees including bar and kitchen staff

● Provided assistance and advice for employee’s to help enable them to maximize potential.
