Delivers and prepares departmental deposits as needed to bursar and billing office.

Submits monthly invoices for payment (coffee, water, lab coats, shredding, etc,).

Retrieves and distributes payments issued from the bursar

Processes petty cash reimbursements as needed.

Manages all inbound calls for main department line, answering questions and providing basic trouble shooting assistance.
