Administrative Support/Proposal Coordinator 1998 to April 2024

Marketing support for professional service consulting group specializing in research laboratory planning and design.

Support general marketing activities, marketing resources and systems.

Work collaboratively with firm executive leadership and project team.

Maintain database (FMP) for sales and marketing tracking.

(CRM Database) Report to national sales team; responsible for reporting sales leads and status of current pursuits.

Direct new opportunities to appropriate project team and administrators for review.

Respond to Proposal (RFP/RFQ/ LOI) requests.
