■ Opening Team Member for the Maccioni Family’s (Le Cirque) first venture into homestyle Italian Cuisine. Hired as one of three women as an “experiment” (prior fine dining floor-staff in NYC was completely male centric).
■ Maintained an in-house 400 bottle Wine List and a 4000+ bottle inventory cellared at Le Cirque.
■ Updated, Tested, and Managed the Waitstaff in Wine Service and Sales as it related to the overall dining experience.
