Description:

The OWCP administers four major disability compensation programs (FECA, Energy, Black lung, and Longshore) which provide wage replacement benefits, medical treatment, vocational rehabilitation and other benefits to certain workers or their dependents who experience work-related injury or occupational disease. OWCP Medical Bill Processing system enables Claimants/Providers to submit Medical bills, manages Provider Enrollment, Claimant eligibility, Bill Adjudication process and Payments functionality

Roles & Responsibilities:

Involved in Requirement Analysis for Authorization and Bill processing module requirements, change requests and defects.

Attended Change request walk through with the business and dev team and got all queries clarified.

Involved in Interface Testing, Validated the Inbound, and Outbound files

Prepared manual Test cases for testing the functionality.

Description:

The Central Collection Unit's mission is to collect delinquent debts owed to various agencies within State of Maryland in a most cost-effective manner while employing the highest professional standards. CCU Debt Manager application manages the debt information received from 700+ agencies, allows Debtors and State personal to view the Debtor and Account information including the account balance and support one time or scheduled payments to clear the debts. It also has functionality to intercept taxes, to intercept state employee payroll to collect the debts.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Involved in Requirements Analysis, writing Test Strategy and test cases for new Enhancements related to Debt Manager, Creditor portal, Debtor Portal, and Ingenico Device payment web applications.

Worked with Test Manager, Product owners, External stake holders for any clarifications.

Prepared Test cases and Test data for the new Requirements and Regression scenarios.

Executed the Test cases, captured the test results and Reported the identified defects in bug tracking tool QA Complete.

Identified Regression Test cases for impacted functionalities.

Performed System, Integration, Smoke, Sanity, Functional, End to End, Positive and Negative testing for each release cycle.
