• Build molds to cook segments to create blades for saws

• Put mold into the machine/oven

• Make sure it is cooking at the right temperature and on the right program setting

• Wait for mold to come out/ molds be very hot when they come out

• Then you pick up the mold and take it to the break down table

• Unloose the mold and separate all the parts and get your cooked segment's out of the mold and place them into their correct bin

• You must also measure your segments after breaking down your first mold to ensure everything is cooking

• Get a headset that tells you where to put the items and how many of that item you need to put them headset also contained a scanner to scan the items, use a pallet jack to pull around items to put them in their specific location.

• Operate tape machine to help ensure it would close all the packed boxes coming down the line also had to unjam it if it got jammed up

Warehouse Receiver

• Receive all incoming products

• Count all the items to ensure the correct number matches the order slip, then separate the items

• Then you use the RF scanner to receive all the items

• Once all the items have been received, build products on a pallet to be sent to out to be put up on its proper location of the warehouse

• Use a pallet jack to move product that could be moved to designated areas without requiring the usage of a forklift

Order Picker/ Packer

Legrand North America - Fort Mill, SC

April 2019 to December 2019

• I would use a RF scanner and A Pull cart that contained boxes with differential numbers that contained a long ticket at the end. Or you would have to grab a pallet jack just depends on what you were working on for the day. You would use your RF scanner to scan and it would pull up location of the items that needed to be locked and how many and which box to place the item or items in. Also, the ticket would let you know which area to return to the cart to once done picking all the selected items, it would either go to Fed ex, repack, or hot!

• After picking the item you had to take the items over to the packing station, and you measure everything to reinsure it would fit properly in the box and make sure you are putting the right quality of items in the box, and ship out the package items when you are done. Quality Control Inspector
