As owner and general manager, I supervised 12 employees and all functions required to estimate pricing, secure contracts, facilitate delivery of services, training employees, communicating with other contractors, etc. Additionally, from Feb. 2002 through June 2007, I also served as repair and maintenance superintendent for Elmwood Apartments, completing routine paint, carpentry, plumbing and electrical maintenance and repairs for a 60-unit apartment complex.
