An entrepreneur, leader, and inspired initiative-taker known for employing a creative and energetic style while looking through the lens of the customer, using this ability to communicate company needs and goals to staff and get things done for large and small organizations. Demonstrates strength in developing standards and procedures that improve performance based on metrics, leading to resource and cost efficiencies. Provide innovative solutions to resolve complex and sensitive operational problems. Accomplishments in this regard include:

Transformed a struggling MSP by leveraging my fiscal management skills to improve accounts receivables and past due invoices with the customer base. This led to a significant 90% improvement within three months of operation, demonstrating my ability to drive financial success for organizations.

As a Virtual CTO/CIO for a medical device/pharmaceutical company, I provided IT strategy, cyber security implementation, IT operations, data backup, and recovery management. Under my service and direction of the technology for five-plus years, the customer, initially a startup, grew revenue to over $70M+ and recently sold for $ 160M. This success story highlights my long-term commitment and significant contribution to the company's growth and success.

As a leader, I spearheaded the implementation of the Change Management Process for two organizations, delivering significant results. By upgrading poorly defined and interpreted processes and analyzing and modifying procedures to eliminate troublesome loopholes, I could implement ITIL Service Management. This initiative led to cost-saving efficiencies of resources and a substantial reduction in major outages. This implementation's detailed process clearly demonstrates my ability to implement effective change management processes.

Overcame the challenge of poorly handled major network outages for a top brokerage firm by streamlining procedures. Guiding senior management in defining a new process to analyze the situation, providing the latest and updated procedures, and redefining what constituted a “major outage,” I decreased major network outages by 75%. This project showcased my ability to identify and address operational weaknesses, leading to improved performance and reduced downtime.
