Assignment was with a major skin care company with concentration on inventory management. The main focus was to work with site locations to streamline production and movement of inventory reporting to the company. I designed reports for the sites to use so the company can easily trace assemblies to their Great Plains system. Updated the policy and procedure inventory documentation and reviewed it with the production and marketing staff to make sure all the paperwork was flowing correctly and on a timely basis.
