DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

● Reviewing of IFC design documents Spec. and control schematic developments & Approval, Inspection Test Plan and Energization Procedure, ARC Flash Study, Relay coordination study, relay setting and preparing Scope of works.

• Oversee the bill of quantities negotiating with Contractors, Submissions of technical and commercial documents, Approval of Change of Order and reviewing the contractual agreements and instruction releasing to issuing LPOs.

• Supervising & managed with engineers and assistant commissioning managers on site and office Ensuring the Implementation of Work efficiency Organization (Teamwork) Schedule development and control, Managing the documentation and reports, Planning and progress Reports and Problem-solving Leadership and communication.

• Oversee the guidance of commissioning activities and startup needed for checking and putting in operation the substation, power plant & battery energy storage system, aux power and equipment’s.

• Coordinate the Team’s meeting, manage interfaces with the Contractors, Suppliers, and local stakeholders on site with the aim of ensuring an effective management of construction to commissioning start-up activities and discussing the weekly progress to the Head of the department in the team meeting and planning for the next week activities.
