Developed IT conversion plan, garnered support from operational and IT Leaders, and worked closely with conversion team to ensure a timely and accurate execution. The initial plan was 16 months for $800M of revenue conversion, plan was executed in 12 months.

• IT Leader of Arkive acquisition of Iron Mountain. Stood up cloud IT infrastructure in AWS and oversaw operation data migration from Iron Mountain to Arkive systems. (landline and cell) and security systems. Led security effort to harden servers and improve data security.

• PRO Reporting: Organized, improved, and automated PRO reporting. Removed 80 weekly man hours from PRO reporting by integrating automated SQL server procedures. Consolidated priority information into executive reporting packet to allow leadership higher visibility into critical areas of the business. Oversaw the weekly completion and distribution of over 30 Pro Reports.

• Analytical Support: Provided analytical support to both the field and Strategic Account Directors. Requests would range from issues with sales reporting to complex data modeling and project specific requests.

• ETL: Created and configured 30+ ETL jobs to run weekly with SQL Server. Created multiple “one-click” Excel Reports that automatically updated for project managers.
