IT Project Manager

In charge of overseeing project personnel from Enterprise Infrastructure Services (EIS) and monitoring project deliverables during the Agile and Waterfall project delivery lifecycles Using Jira, Kanban Board sand Agile framework tools. EIS team supports and implements corporation's voice, UNIX, Mainframe, Windows, Linux, Desktop, Database, Integration Architecture, Web Services, and Network Infrastructure, manage large and complex IT projects.

Directed the effort to modernise Maximo ERP. The goal of this project is to migrate Maximo to the IBM SaaS platform and update it to version 7.6.1 (Dev, QA, Prod).

Directed infrastructure services for AML (Anti Money Laundry) financial service for CTF, PCI compliance, and post-installation audits.

Coordinated Workfusion upgrade from v9 to v10 in three environments (Dev, QA, Prod),

Oversaw the v9 to v10 API Gateway upgrade project, which covered two business divisions and a multi-vendor project team.

Using a Jira Kanban board, I oversaw an IT infrastructure project in a large warehouse in Calgary, Alberta, handling every facet of agile project management. Illumio deployment

Core Banking Migration: Since its inception in 2006, Telus's WealthView (WB) has served as CTB's Core Banking platform; nevertheless, it has approached the end of its useful life. In order to maintain the stability and security of its core banking operations, Canadian Tire Financial made the decision to relocate its core banking platform to Temenos cloud. Working with multi technical teams, building staging servers, moving databases, and decommissioning out-of-date equipment were all part of the migration process.

Assisted in SCRM (Source Code Repository Management), upgrade, consolidated and retired SCRM including MS TFS, Bitbucket, ClearCase, and Clear Quest; Implemented secure access for developer, updated TLS (Transport Layer Security) to version 1.2 for more than 5000 clients with a project budget $1.8+MM.

Dana Gas is an independent gas exploration company headquartered in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, Cairo branch is the major and the largest office in the Middle East and North America with more than 1,170 people in the MENASA region

Developed financial accountabilities for entire company ICT activities including development and management of an annual IT budget of $4+ MM

Directed multiple IT projects ranging from $40K to $25M, providing technology knowledge/vision to support company’s business objectives using SDLC methodology.

Initiated, designed, and planned a 3-year Project of a 9 floors business office building; the project involved stakeholder and vendor management, technology research, security assessment, procurement, tendering and bidding management, project scheduling and resource management. The project scope was to build the office building within budget of $2.6 million USD which was accomplished with smaller budget.

Migrated Data Centre form old office Building to a New data Center with proximity of 35 KM, with careful planning for the route, insurance, and disassemble and re-assemble sequence. The project was successfully completed during the weekend.
