• As an Office Manager/Administrator I am responsible for the overall running of the practice while managing the front office and clinical teams while supporting two doctors daily. • Main focus is to assist patients in reaching their dental goals by smoothly moving them

• through case acceptance and the treatment processes for the dental services needed as most patients are very anxious, concerned and need options on how to afford dentistry.

• While being the liaison between the doctor and the patient I am responsible for gathering information in the new patient experience (100+ New Patients Monthly) as wells coordinating treatment plans with the doctor in order to provide accurate treatment plans with confidence, in a timely manner and with full awareness of insurance coverage and limitations.

• Responsible for internal accounting duties, support the practices goals and profitability, exceed monthly collection and production goals while managing all doctors’ schedules and surgery schedules in house and coordinating offices. On average most treatment plans range between $10, 000-$65,000 daily so offering financing and being confident in asking for large collections and options to afford the treatment. On average the patients are in treatment for 4-12 months so being the liaison while they are going through treatment and the process from beginning to end. Proficient with time management and balancing many moving parts at once and daily schedules and requirements. • insurance claims with appropriate attachments and documentations to receive 100% of the funds quickly for the practice. Also utilize all third- party financing options wisely and when needed.

• Process and post all patient payments, electronic payments, A/R timeline. Submit all monthly statements and documents, courtesy calls to collect outstanding balance all with in the 30day timeline, send accounts to collections if not able to collect in a timely fashion.

• Provide all information for technology updates, office support, and new processes as changes/additions that occur and implement accordingly.
