I utilized PLC's and the software created for them along with data layers to see real time and non real time data to troubleshoot systems. I had ability to control servo drives, I/O and other field devices from EtherCAT software. I am knowledgeable with their pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical test equipment to make high pressure fuel injectors, brakeing system and other vehicle components. I'm also familiar servo motors, RFID sensors, and photo sensors that detect parts and work piece carriers for the parts. I have the ability to change assembly line motors and gearboxes and can switch the polarity of the drive of the motor and can change hardware, modify software to stop faults from happening. I kept cycle time low and kept up with daily PM and AM maintenance using Microsoft excel. I'm also proficient in Stabuli robotics.
