It what quite the ride. I managed. 16 men at one point. From daily scheduling to meetings with customers. Supply house issues to L&I inspections. Due to the COVID I had to close the doors. Just want to work and not deal with all the other stuff. I'm a 20 yr carpenter still leaning my trade. I've been trained ( by necessity ) to be a people person. I owned my own Custom Construction company for 12 yrs. Due to personnel reason and the Pandemic we closed the doors. We went from siding residential and commercial structures to High end remodels. I managed 16 men at one point. Iay not have all the credentials however I KNOW I can be taught and become an asset to the company
