1. Clinical Informatics Analyst- Loudoun Medical Group/ Population Health
Leesburg, Va.
Duties: • Understands clinical workflows, operational procedures, and organizational policies to support the technical, cultural, and process changes necessary for successful implementation and optimization of the EHR. • Functions as a change agent, identifying both barriers to change and driving impact as well as solutions to system, application, and workflow issues. • Provides frontline support for clinical staff and maintains an end-user focus to assure the proper design, use, and optimization of Epic and related ancillary systems to improve workflow, patient safety, and patient and user experience. • Advocates for regulatory, quality, compliance, and patient safety initiatives. • Leads initiatives to optimize system functionality and workflow processes using Lean processes. • Collaborates with multidisciplinary team members to assess, redesign, and continually improve effectiveness and productivity of clinical systems. • In coordination with the project management team, participates in all aspects of EHR project planning, project management, project documentation, workgroup support, issue and risk management, status reporting, system development, implementation, and vendor management. • Participates in planning of go-live elbow support, testing activities, reporting, and clinical needs prioritization for the EHR. Duties: Train and support end users on Epic Product including curriculum, Master Train environment maintenance, training material development, new hire Epic proficiency, training material development for Epic updated, workflow documentation, go live support, remediation training. 3. Registered Nurse, Emergency Room- WVUH Berkeley Medical Center

Duties: Plans, organizes, directs, and evaluates nursing care for assigned patients in the Emergency Department. Participates in patient teaching and activities of other health team personnel while maintaining standards of professional nursing.

Duties : Responds to inquiries that are hospital-based concerning hospice and enrolls potential patients. Determines initial nursing care needs of hospitalized patients enrolling in the hospice program. Provides clinical expertise and assistance to medical providers to assure timely and appropriate utilization of hospice services. Provides nursing assessments for hospitalized hospice patients. Coordinates care with the primary team and assists with discharge planning.
